Benue singer Lady Pesh has shared a frightening experience that left fans shocked and concerned. She revealed that armed robbers invaded her home around 2 a.m., barely minutes after she returned from performing at the birthday celebration of Hon. Terver Gbenda, the Youth Leader of Benue State.
According to the singer, she was about to rest when the robbers suddenly broke into her room. Interestingly, her room was the only one they targeted in the entire house. They several items including her phone, her sister’s phone, and a sound box before fleeing.
She described the moment as one of the most terrifying events of her life.
However, the story took a dramatic turn. After the attack, Lady Pesh quickly reached out to Hon. Terver Gbenda. Without wasting a second, he mobilised his team and headed straight toward her residence.
On their way, they bumped into the robbers and managed to recover every stolen item except her SIM card. Sadly, the robbers still escaped before they could be caught.
The incident spread rapidly online, and fans flooded social media with reactions. Many expressed shock and relief that the singer was unharmed, while others praised Hon. Gbenda for his swift and brave response.
Despite the scary ordeal, Lady Pesh assured her supporters that she is fine and grateful for the concern shown by fans, friends, and colleagues.
