A viral video shows an angry boyfriend storming his ex-girlfriend’s house with a friend to collect every item he previously bought for her. The footage, which circulates on TikTok and X, shows them carrying away handbags, shoes, a dismantled bed-frame, and other items.
Netizens reacted strongly to the video, with some applauding his bold move and others condemning the act as petty. One user wrote, “This angry boyfriend na first class graduate for Ghe Ghe University,”
Meanwhile, another viewer argued that gifts should remain even after a breakup, regardless of their value. Relationship expert Peace Onwubu criticised his action, insisting “a gift shouldn’t be retrieved no matter what.”
The man defended himself, saying he felt entitled to his belongings since he paid for them. Social media users have since debated the legal and moral implications of his decision.
